Notre Dame Season Preview

We are just a few weeks away from the return of college football, which means the return of Irish football.

Notre Dame is coming off an 11-2 campaign, which ended in a loss against Oklahoma state, in the Fiesta Bowl. Following the shocking departure of Brian Kelly( To LSU) Marcus Freeman looks to lead the Irish in his first season as the head coach of the Fighting Irish, with the 13th toughest SOS with a season opener at Ohio State, and a night game at home vs Clemson, he will have his hands full in his rookie coaching season, not to mention key departures . As tough as this season sounds, I think Marcus Freeman will lead the Irish to a double digit win season with a CFP berth, so here’s how I think the season will play out:

ND- 24 OSU-21

Marshall-7 ND-41

CAL- 17 ND- 35

ND-31 UNC- 24

BYU-31 ND – 38

Stan.-0 ND- 24

UNLV-7 ND-52

ND-31 Cuse- 14

Clemson- 24 ND-21

ND-31 Navy-17

BC-10 ND- 28

ND-21 USC-14

11-1 season with a CFP berth under first year head coach, where they will wear their first New Years Bowl in the Marcus Freeman era.
